How it works

  1. Pick a lock and engrave it.Your names, a date, and a line on the back if you like.
  2. We hang it when the bridge opens.It opens by 31 December 2026. You get an email with a link straight to your lock.
  3. Walk out to it together.Open one link from anywhere and walk the bridge to your lock. A small thing for an anniversary.

What am I buying?

A lock engraved with your names, hung on a small low-poly bridge you visit in your browser. It is a pre-order: we hang it when the bridge opens and email you the link. Nothing physical is shipped.

When does the bridge open?

The bridge opens by 31 December 2026. If it hasn't opened by then, you're refunded in full automatically. Or ask any time.

Can I get my money back?

Refunded in full on request, no questions asked. Reply to your receipt or write to hello@hangalock.com.

Who can see our lock?

Anyone walking the bridge can see the locks, like a real one. Every engraving is checked before it is hung.

Is this the real Pont des Arts?

No. It is a small bridge we built, inspired by the Pont des Arts.
